ABOUT ME

I’m Andrea. I’m a coach, mindfulness instructor, runner, hiker, traveler… I could go on and on, but really the most important things are that I am someone who values integrity, authenticity, adventure, and aliveness. I believe in the importance of emotional intelligence, connection, and doing the inner work, because no matter what it is that’s making you feel stuck in your life - whether it’s about health and wellbeing, your career, your relationships, or big life transitions - getting real with yourself, your patterns, and the stories you tell yourself is what is going to allow you to show up and create the life you truly want. It all starts with self-awareness. But don’t worry, we’ll get you to action, too.


Life is meant to be lived out loud, in full color. What does being fully alive mean to you? What are the things in your life that are keeping you small? Where do you feel stuck? Whether you're looking for personal growth, leadership development, focused on your career and relationships, or interested in making wellbeing a priority, my casual, down-to-earth coaching style creates a space for you to show up exactly as you are.

My journey to coaching began through teaching yoga and mindfulness and realizing the power of helping people slow down. So many of us move through life in a frenzy, jumping from one thing to the next, and taking pride in being busy. For years, I have been helping people pause, breathe, and connect. With my background in psychology, my ongoing work with students as a Career Coach at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, and my training in yoga, mindfulness, and coaching, I am here to help you get unstuck.

Coaching

Coaching is a space to gain insight and take action. Through this coaching-client partnership, we will work together to help you uncover what you really want out of life and the path to get there. We will get clear on the things that fuel you and identify the barriers that currently stand in the way of experiencing the aliveness that each day has to offer.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is about attention and awareness. It's about staying present to what is happening now without worrying about the future or ruminating on the past. 

As a mindfulness instructor, I offer a variety of programs and services to help you on your mindfulness journey.
