ABOUT A HELLER COACHING

Too many of us move through life with our heads down, stuck in the same routines, careers, and relationships, without ever looking up for long enough to realize we need a change. We make choices based on what we're "supposed" to do next, but we never really question whether what we're supposed to do is actually what we want to do. I started coaching to help people break this cycle.

 

Whether you're interested in personal growth, leadership & professional development, improving your relationships, managing stress, or making wellbeing a priority, my casual, down-to-earth coaching style creates a space for you to show up exactly as you are. My approach is strengths-based and human-centered, focusing on the whole person and the interconnections between all dimensions of both physical and psychological wellbeing. As a coach, I embrace all aspects of the human experience, encouraging you to cultivate presence while daring to dream. It takes courage to live life on your own terms. Through coaching and mindfulness, I can help guide you as you face fears, move through challenges, and set goals with clarity and purpose.

Coaching

Coaching is a space to gain insight and take action. Through this coaching-client partnership, we will work together to help you uncover what you really want out of life and the path to get there. We will get clear on the things that fuel you and identify the barriers that currently stand in the way of experiencing the aliveness that each day has to offer.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is about attention and awareness. It's about staying present to what is happening now without worrying about the future or ruminating on the past. 

As a mindfulness instructor, I offer a variety of programs and services to help you on your mindfulness journey.
